Go to the Xinpromo. ch website, select the desired products, fill in the enquiry form, specify the number and colours as well as print the logo and then click on "send". We will make you an offer within 24 hours of receiving your request. We can also make a sketch with your logo for you free of charge. After you have confirmed our offer, we will send you an invoice by email. After receipt of your payment we will start producing immediately. After shipment of the goods, we will immediately send you the corresponding shipment number of the parcel service for tracking.
Our offers remain valid for 10 days. After this time has elapsed, we kindly ask you to request the prices again. Due to the fluctuating exchange rates, deviations may occur. In the event of drastic exchange rate fluctuations, we reserve the right to change prices.
Samples without your logo are free of charge. If you need proof samples with your logo, individual proof costs will be charged according to the offer, as well as shipping costs. In case of an order, these costs can be reimbursed.
Orders of small quantities such as 1000 pieces or less are usually available after approx. 19 working days. Of course, we can also offer express production. Please inform us when you receive your order when you need the goods. We will do our best to meet your desired deadline!
Our products are usually packed in OPP bags. If individual packaging in the carton is required, additional costs may be incurred. Prices are available on request and the outer packaging is usually a standard shipping box. For sensitive goods, they are additionally equipped with wooden frames for safety during sea transport.
The transport costs vary depending on the article and order quantity. Your individual shipping costs will be calculated individually in the offer. Please ask us for them.

To keep the delivery time, smaller quantities are shipped by DHL, UPS, TNT, Fedex or air freight. Larger quantities are delivered by sea freight (min. shipping time 30 days plus production time)

We do not usually accept product returns. In the event of a defective delivery, we reserve the right to rectification of defects. If there is no fault of our side, a return is impossible.
